Now Hiring Real Estate Agents – Investor and Retail Agents

We are now hiring real estate agents! We are seeking part-time and full-time agents that are looking to represent investor and retail buyers. We have been in the real estate industry since 2001, and have now opened a real estate brokerage company.

We are going to gear it towards investors that also have their license, and specifically those who also buy investment properties for their own use, as well as traditional part-time agents. Starting off, we will be a small brokerage, so this will be a good fit for those who are self-motivated, and for those are looking to build their own real estate portfolios or flip properties.

This will also be a great way to connect with other real estate professionals, network, collaborate, etc. all while saving on personal transaction fees.

70/30 commission split on the purchase

$500 listing fee on the sale

70/30 buyer agent commission split

70% selling agent commission split
